- A contract for a place on a course is only agreed after we have received the applications for, the fee in full and we have written to you to acknowledge your place.
- We do not accept reservations by telephone or e-mail, but we are happy to provide further information by these means of communications.
- Any price for a course includes light refreshments but not meals, unless specifically mentioned in the course / event information.
- Where we have funding to deliver a course it is usually based on the number of people finishing the course. If you book a place and do not attend or complete the course you will be liable to pay the full cost of the course. Unless specifically mentioned in the course materials, this will be calculated as the course fee x 4.
- The fee for all events is non refundable after the course / event deadline, which is always 10 working days before the course starts
- We welcome people from all backgrounds and abilities on our courses / events. If you have any difficulty which you feel may be a barrier to you attending, we are very happy to discuss practical solutions to help you access the provision.
